Bill Horne

Bill and Beverly have two children, Brett and Bentley, and four granddaughters. Bill is retired from the Army and US Civil Service.

Bill has served as an elder at OceanSide since 1990.  

Larry Paulk

Larry and Emily have three children and four grandchildren.  Larry is a retired principal and Assistant Superintendent of Schools.

Larry has served as an elder since 1988.

Kevin Walker

Kevin and his wife Marilyn have three girls: Cheryl, Stacy, Leeann.  Kevin is a retired Navy Senior Chief.

Kevin has served as an elder since 2006.

Carlos Dawson, Sr.

Carlos and Deborah (Debi) have two children: Jessica, finishing post-graduate work at UCF and Carlos, who is a local firefighter.

Carlos has served as a deacon since 2010.

Chris King

Chris and Cherry have four children still at home: Michael, Shelby, Allyson & Justin.  Chris is a Navy Senior Chief with over 17 years of service.

Chris has served as a deacon since 2005.

Keith Landolt

Keith and Kelly have four children: Misty, Curtis, Jared & Cory.

Keith has served as a deacon since 1994.

Our Preacher

    Wayne Rodgers

Wayne, with his wife Cindy of nearly eighteen years and their two boys, Kris (14) and Matthew (10) came to OceanSide to begin their work with us on June 28, 2009.
Wayne graduated from the Memphis School of Preaching in 2009. Prior to his two years at MSOP, he served four years as the preacher for the High Springs church of Christ in High Springs, FL (2003-2007).  Before that he preached for the Homerville church of Christ in Homerville, GA (1996-2003).  

He was also educated at Waycross College (Waycross, GA) and Southern Christian University (now Amridge University in Montgomery, AL). He also served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman.
